In today’s stressful life, we need to meditation to calm our mind and body. When our senses are dull, We can make them aware with the help of this. The greatest time of day to meditation is in the morning.

  1. What is the right place to do this. Where you can sit and meditate comfortably without any hindrance.
  2. Then you make a time table of what time will you do it. When the time table is made, then make short term goals. So in the beginning you practice 4 to 5 minutes daily. Gradually increase this habit of your practice, make this habit long-term.
  3. You also have to keep in mind that when you sit in the meditation posture, you should not think about anything else. Just feel relaxed.
  4. If you do not know about how to do? Then you can also learn from a trainer. He will help you concentrate.
